A great alternative to a Pinot Grigio, this is a lovely dry Riesling from Nahe in Germany which almost has a little fizz to the finish. It’s a great wine to have with spicy food or with cheese and even though it’s classed as Trocken ‘dry’ this is a gentle dry white that we really think benefits from being served between 8-10 degrees to get the most flavour.
